By purchasing an Insyght Health membership, laboratory panel, consultation, service, or product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Insyght Health currently offers an annual membership billed at $199 per year.

Membership Terms

• Membership fees are charged annually at the time of purchase.
• Membership automatically renews each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Members may cancel auto-renewal at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support.
• Canceling your membership prevents future charges but does not provide retroactive refunds for the current membership period.
• Membership benefits remain active until the end of the paid annual term.

Refund Eligibility

• Annual membership fees may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
• No laboratory testing has been ordered
• No physician consultations have occurred
• No personalized reports, protocols, or health analyses have been delivered
• No membership benefits have been utilized
• Once any core membership service has been accessed, the membership fee becomes non-refundable.

• Laboratory purchases are non-refundable once:
• A physician order has been submitted
• Lab processing has begun
• A kit has shipped
• Blood draw services are scheduled
• If an order has not yet been processed, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Missed appointments, incomplete testing, or expired lab orders may require repurchase.
• Third-party laboratory fees, physician approvals, and processing costs limit refund availability once initiated.

• Completed physician consultations, telehealth visits, medical reviews, treatment planning, or personalized health recommendations are non-refundable.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur cancellation fees.
• Missed appointments may be forfeited without refund.

• Unopened physical products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Opened, used, or temperature-sensitive items are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued only after returned products are received and inspected.

All digital products and personalized services are non-refundable once delivered, including but not limited to:

• Biomarker analyses
• Health reports
• Insyght Health Scores
• AI-generated recommendations
• Personalized supplement or wellness protocols
• Educational materials
• Digital dashboards or platform features

• Failed annual renewal payments may result in membership suspension or termination.
• Access to member services may be paused until payment issues are resolved.
• Insyght Health reserves the right to deny future membership activation for unresolved billing disputes.

Before initiating a chargeback, customers agree to contact Insyght Health directly to resolve billing concerns.

Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent loss of platform access
• Collections or legal recovery measures where applicable

Refund exceptions may be granted solely at Insyght Health’s discretion in cases such as:

• Duplicate purchases
• Billing errors
• Technical issues preventing service delivery
• Regulatory compliance requirements
